About

about

Born in 1984, in Lyon, France, Emmanuel is a filmmaker and photojournalist specialized in discoveries focused on wildlife conservation, science and history.

His interest in nature started in childhood and by the age of seven he had completely lined the walls of his room with posters of the animals he promised himself to meet one day in the wild. Since then, he has been chased by a great number of those very same animals, including lions, jaguars, tigers, leopards, elephants, bisons, snakes and wolves.

Fascinated by the power of storytelling, Emmanuel is using images to tell unknown and surprising stories inspiring people to care about the planet. He covered many subjects in North & South America, Europe, Asia and Africa. His work has been published to numerous books and magazines and rewarded by numerous awards/nominations (Deauville Green Awards, Nature Image Awards, Oasis international Award, WPY). Emmanuel is also the founder of White Fox Pictures, a production company dedicated to awareness-raising to change outlooks and behaviour, and ultimately making a difference on the field.
